Flogging a dead horse

I haven't been here for awhile; I've been wrapped up in following-up comments in my freewebs site, and LiveJournal, so when I looked to see what comments needed to be answered here I was amazed that there have been none. This is frustrating, and working on this site makes me feel like I'm flogging a dead horse. My essay post 'A Coming of Age' was such a controversial topic that I thought at least someone would feel like blasting me
